Delay delay delay!!
Originally slated to be available in July, the new ETA for the much anticipated Brachiosaurus from Papo is now November 1st. That’s right - four months late!
Though this is not good news, at least it’s some news, and we wanted to make you aware of this new “expected” date.

Let me get right to it, there is much information to share.
First, all the new 2012 figures have arrived at DeJankins and are ready for your collectors shelf, with only two exceptions. The Mojö Deluxe Tyrannosaurus is supposed to be available sometime in September, and the Papo Brachiosaurus (which was to be out in July) has been pushed back a month to sometime in mid-August. But everything else is here – the Safari Carnegie Brachiosaurus, all the 2012 Procon CollectA figures, Schleich World of History series, Marolin Tyrannosaurus and Megatherium, and the Bullyland Mastodonsaurus and reproduction prehistoric mammals. They are all waiting for you here at DeJankins.
Also, the Sideshow Collectibles Stegosaurus and baby is now shipping. I understand that $315 is pretty steep for most of us collectors, but that’s the best (authorized) price you’re going to find for this piece. Their other dinosaurs are similarly lower-priced. Check out our store.
Bullyland has notified us that they are selling off the last of their “medium” dinosaurs on bases. I’ve placed an order for what they have left (only eight of the original twelve pieces). We still have a precious few of the others, but there aren’t many left. Get them while you can! Find them in our store under “Bullyland Other Figures and Products”.
The Papo baby T-rexes turned out to be much better than I thought they were going to be, but they are also much smaller than I was expecting. They aren’t too small, just smaller than I thought they would be. It’s amazing to me that their cost is the same as the Tylosaurus and the newer ceratopsians, and that just doesn’t make sense. So, I’m cutting their prices by 10% (to $11.25) for anyone that wants to get them.
Bullyland mammal tags . . . if you purchased the Mastodon Gomphotherium you may have noticed that the information inside the tag was for the Mastodonsaurus, even though the outside of the tag is certainly for the Gomphotherium. Bullyland has reprinted the tags with the proper inside information, and I am happy to make the replacement available to you (if you purchased your Mastodon from DeJankins). Just let me know if you want one. There is no charge for this (not even postage!!) I have only a limited number of these, so they will be available first come, first served.
I have also acquired a very limited supply of hang tags for other Bullyland prehistoric animals. I will make them available first come, first served as well. Please look in our store under “Bullyland Prehistoric Mammals and Man” to see what we have available. I must limit these to only two tags per person as they are so limited. Again, no charge here. If you are missing tags from some of your figures, I might be able to help replace those. I must note, however, that these are the newest style tag, not old style tags.

The new 2012 Bullyland Therizinosaurus and Spinosaurus are now available at DeJankins. They arrived about a week ago and are ready to be shipped your way at a moment’s notice.
In other Bullyland news, things are progressing well with the re-productions of the Bullyland Prehistoric Mammal figures. Current estimates are still saying that these figures should be available in June or July. I’ll soon add them to our “store,” along with their expected prices.
Here is another “Bully” surprise – DeJankins will have a good quantity of the Bullyland Mastodonsaurus (above) available this summer as well. We’re expecting it to have a price tag of about $16 or so. It will be nice to have some of these fellows back in stock, so keep watching, and get your Mastodonsaurus here!
And, though not Bullyland figures, they hail from the same great place in Europe ... the Marolin Megatherium and Tyrannosaurus rex (below) are within days of arriving here at DeJankins! We contracted with the good folks at Marolin / Richard Mahr GmbH in Germany to repair the old molds and recast these two figures! Plenty will be arriving here soon and the cost is only $17.50 each! If you don’t have these “indexes of old paleontological thought,” you really need to have them in your collection! Not everything that scientists tell us about dinosaurs withstands the test of time, as these figures will remind you. Great additions for all prehistoric animal collections!

Good news from Bullyland!
Their highly popular series of Prehistoric Mammals and Man from the late 1990’s will again be available in limited quantities, hopefully in June or July! DeJankins will have these figures for you, and of course they will be at our normal lower prices.

Friends – I don’t know what to say about the error above when trying to view photos in the DeJankins store. I have verified the URL links, the website is correctly referencing those links, the photos are there and are all shared as they have been in the past. New 2012 merchandise on its way to DeJankins! We are expecting the first Safari arrivals to come in over the next few weeks, Procon CollectA should be here in early March, more Safari and Bullyland after that, and Schleich in the late spring. Papo timing is uncertain at the moment, but we’ll have all the new pieces as soon as possible.
Look also for major changes to the DeJankins store in the next few days. We will simplify the navigation to the different brands of dinosaur products, and hopefully fix some links that have recently become broken.
